2/ Reservations, cancellations and amendments:
- Time required for reserve : 03 days before arrival
- Time required for cancel : 02 days before arrival
- Any change must be confirmed by letter to both sides
- Amendment is made and informed to the hotel least 03 days before arrival date.
- The cancellation is made:
- 01 day before the date of event, 50% of the bill will be charged to company account.
- 12 hours before the date of arrival, 100% of the bill will be charged to company account
- No-show charge: 50% or 100% of the bill will be charged to company account
